Mark Weaver

Few people in the real estate industry can boast the education and experience held by Mark Weaver. As the son of a real estate agent, Mark had exposure to the career at an early age, eventually joining the family business in the mid-1980s. Since the mid-1990s he has held a real estate license in three different states in the Pacific Northwest. His portfolio includes Investment Opportunities, Investment Property, and Corporate Access Rights Negotiations, and he is no stranger to various specialized real estate transactions. Mark’s education includes a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Boise State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University. His focus for the latter degree was on International Business, with a special interest in Mexico and South America. With all of his instruction and professional background, Mark is well qualified as a trainer in the professional development of brokers. He also develops organizational structures for the real estate industry. Mark Weaver’s unique resume makes him a crucial asset for Sound Equity Property Management. Administrative Assistant

Ash grew up in Snohomish County and graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has over 25 years of customer service experience, starting at a young age working at her parents arcade business. Ash has provided administrative and transaction support for colleges and real estate professionals for over 8 years. She diligently works behind the scenes, communicating with all the parties to ensure every transaction runs as smoothly as possible. Ash also provides the team with the tools and support they need to provide quality service to all of our clients.
